It all started with a simple wrestling matching between Runako and Fahari. The moment Shausha steps in things makes a turn for the worse. What does Bug have to say about the sudden appearence of the Blood Brothers, and how will Runako live up to the life of a rogue.

Fahari chooses that moment to awaken. She hopes Bug won't notice her and just yet, and decides to just listen in on things, pretending she's still asleep...she just lies there, tail flicking. Not like anyone would care..right? Since they all think her presence is somehow betraying the pride....the one that gave her a home. How could she ever betray the ones that have done so much for her she'll never know. She takes in as much info as she can absorb, in case somewhere down the road, it might prove useful. Unfortunately for her, a mosquito chooses that moment to land on her nose, causing her to rustle and swat at the annoying pest. "Shooo." She says a bit too loudly...her paw swatting at it.
Like the misbehaving cub that he is, Runako can be found almost everything there happens to be life dealing. Infact, this time around the young lion doesn't even have to go far to find his not alone. At the far side of the waterhole, Runa can just barely make out the few spoken words that have been exchanged between King and Assassin. Eyeing them, as intentively as possible, he creeps forward for better insight. However, his distracted.. that cheeath; wait was it that cheetah. The flicking tail of Fahari has caught his attention. A target... great. Folding his ears back, he makes way for the cheetah. No one will miss the spotted one to much will they.
Ever so silent a figure from the outside has ventured into the lands of Mwenyezi. Glimmering eyes glaring through the countless blades of grass that create her cover, watch over a single creature; one whom she'd claim was hers. Quite aware of the numbers made against her, Shausha keeps low and ever so hidden.
Fahari spots Runa coming at her out of one eye, so pretends not to notice him not wanting to ruin the kids fun. She chuckles to herself and then here's some rustling ....from somewhere...distant? Its kind of windy tonight, so she assumes it just, the wind perhaps? Or is it? She hopes it won't come down to her and Keisha having to defend the pride from anyone.....at this late hour. She nervously stares out into the blackness. Something feels....weird. but what is it? Maybe its just the wind...she keeps telling herself. Maybe...
Runako is no fool when it comes to knowing his been noticed, but who cares. He's not out here to cause any trouble how here now is he...? A grin on his face the barbary continues his advance on the cheetah. Any moment now and he's going to spring forward with the intentions to kill... or atleast prevent movement. Closer now.. there. Out from the grasses the dark form of Runa bursts into view, forearms exteneded and paws out reached. He didn't aim for the flicking tail but rather for Fahari herself. Lets see if limber spots can handle the might of the young.
There is something out there, but it isn't the wind, nor the brisling grasses. There's something more out there thats far daming than the forces of nature. At a crouch, or more of a lay, Shausha worries not of the cheetahs probable awareness of her.. a cheetah is no match for a lion. But should the others be noticed to her worry a time to flee may be at hand. Catching sight of Runako's attempt to plummel Fahari she smiles.. if only he had the heart to ripe her throat out when he lands. Turning her gaze to the older lions in the area she hmms noticing something paticular about one of them.
Fahari turns to see the barbary juve flying at her. She blinks....knowing she wont have time to get up, and well, she just waits for the impact. Kids will be kids, boys will be boys right? And Runako is just like any other growing kid out there. They like to play. She'll just have to deal with it....She only hopes he means to play and not actually do anything else. She glares in the direction of Shausha, knowing something is there, a look that says 'show yourself' even if it isn't a silent one. 'or areyou chicken?' she still has that feeling that someone or something is watching them. And well, she won't let anything threaten her king who is recovering from his wounds.
Runako lands right in there on Fahari and infact actually dig his claws into her hids; whether on purpose or not. Once contact is over he pushes on the cheetah wanting her to play dead. He's got to conquor her somehow right. Making notion to Fah's glance into the grasses, he blinks. Stoping whatever his doing just to look out there with her. Looking back, "Come on Fahari... play with me." Anything to get her mind away from whatever might be hiding in the grasses.
The look the cheetah gives is well known, but just because she wants Shausha to make an appearance doesn't mean she has to listen does it. Slipping forward the moment Runako tries to gain Fahari's attention, she grins. It's like Runa knows exactly where she's at, and its great.
Fahari Acks and gets pounce-tackled, by the juvie. *OOf* ...she is flattened by the weight of the cub..and her attention is distracted by him. "Ok, ok, if you want a wrestling match!" She grins and begins to wrestle with the kid. Hey he asked for it. "C'mere you. I won't give up that easily." She giggles...and rolls to her side..her eyes now trained on the barbary. Man these kids get big quick!
Alright, he got her attention. Wrestling is the one thing Runako is good at and Fahari isn't going to win... she's not going to win, right? Jumping up and right back down on the cheetah he grrs playfully. "Take that!" Tail swinging 'bout madly behind him and ears half pinned, "Your gonna lose." he predicts.
The closer she gets the more she takes notices that the two aren't fighting but playing. How can this be... Shausha will not have it. Moving in closer the familiar face of Fahari comes into few and a low growl emits from her maw. She remember the cheetah from the pridelands waterhole... she wanted them to go to Mwenyezi to speak with its king- or was that just a ploy to recover the cub. She keeps in the grasses for the time being.
Fahari continues to wrestle with the cub, not noticing Shausha for the moment, her attention focused on the task at hand, beating the barbary! She acks as she is 'pummeled' well somewhat as Shausha thought. But not quite in the harsh way she hoped for. This is just play after all. She grins and puts up a larger fight than the barbary probably suspected, the wrestling match continues for quite some time. But eventually the cub starts to wear out her energy, and she decides to let him win....The next time he tries to pin her, she'll let him!
Runako bats at the cheetah with little effort, dodging a few of her offensive gestures and the like. He's taken worse, just look at his face. A scar tell a million words and a wrestling match couldn't possible prove any worse; unless he lose. When he notices that Fahari lacks the ability to keep going like that of younger age, by her lame actions, he frowns. "Not giving up are you." he ponders. "My sister puts up more of a fight than you do." he lies having never been in physical interactions with Karasi in his life. Taking it as Fah really is, he takes the open opportunity to pin her down. "Alright then... I win." he grins pressing down on the cheetahs neck but not hard enough to gag her.
What a waste of time.. if your not even going to make it worth the while, why wrestle at all. Shausha shakes her head at Fahari's sudden defeat, however when she sees Runako's ending posture, she gets a devious idea. "Do it Runako." Is said out of no where. Just then Shausha brings herself from the grass, stepping forward. As if expecting the cub to commit treachery she pushes Runa. "You have her where you want her... show her its not wise to let the tainted claim victory." she says coilishly. "Slit her throat." Standing before the two, "Do it."
Fahari Is about to get up...grinning and flicks her tail. "I let you win cub." she says and chuckles. "I could have gone on." She grins. "You're a good fighter.." She says. "Keep it up and maybe you'll get as good as Bug some day." She says. She then gasps as the form of Shausha emerges from the dark grasses...and raises her head. "Shausha?" She blinks. "What are you doing here?" She snarls. "I guess you still like me about as much as you did at the water-hole by Pride Rock." She says, flicking her tail angrily. "What are you doing on our lands?" She asks. She glances towards where the lions seem to be daydreaming? Wake the heck up we have a trespasser here!
The victory may of been his, but what he didn't expect was for Shausha to appear from the depts of the grasses wanting him to claim real victory by taking Fahari's life. Seeing the rogue lioness makes Runako want to jump from the cheetah and create space between them, but he knows that if he even thinks about defying her order he'll be the one with a slit throat and not just the cheetah. Looking at Shausha he wonders how she knew he was here... but why does it matter. He left them and it was only a matter of time before they came looking for him. Looking down at Fahari, fear drowning his eyes with the options before him. Attack the cheetah for real and further his rep as a traitor, or let her live and pay a totally different price. Just then, when Fah mentions Runa one day being like Bug, he growls. "I'll never be like him." Bug would say the same if he had anything to do about it. "I could do just as she say with such a remark."
Shausha watches Runa fummel with his choices. How hard is it to kill a lower being. "What are you waiting for Runako. Taking her life means your one step closer to revenge." she snickers. "Isn't that what you want?" She then looks to Fahari who thinks she has the right to ask her question. "What am I doing here... I don't think your in such a position to ask such a question, now are you." She looks over the pinned cheetah. "But seeing as I'm in a good mood why not." Circling around to Fahari's front. "I'm here to make sure things get done. That our little friend here gets what he deserves." A quick glance is given to Runako then back to the cheetah.
Fahari glances up at Shausha. "What do you want from me?" She growls. "I was given orders to find you and I did. I was a simple messenger." She says.."And you know what they say....Don't shoot the messenger." She says. "I merely work for my King...Bughudi, and my Queen, Kyltora." She says. She looks at Runa.."Runa, you're on the good side now, you don't want to listen to her...." She says. "Back off and let our lionesses do the talking." She lets out a call for assistance from the other Mwenyezi lionesses and creatures who might be around. "I wont stand for ROGUES coming into our lands and telling us what to do....How can she handle this herself. She's trying, but she really needs a king here to help ease the situation.
Bug hears Fah's call, and turns towards it. He had just been on a walk, or a semblance of it, as well as he could walk in his condition. Rouges were here? Runako's presence has caused some problems after all. He moves as quickly as he can, doing his best to ignore the pain caused by the stretching of his wounds. And the site of the lioness in the lands, as well as the cub who looked like he was attacking Fahari, didn't bode well with him at all.
If Runako were only bigger he'd show Shausha a thing or two about private affairs but seeing as his not, he's going to have to sit through the near exposure of his plans. How he hates when others destory all his worked so hard to come up with. But Shausha does have a point.. killing Fahari would make him one step closer to his goal, but at what cost. "What do you know what I want... your just here to make sure I don't get myself killed." What if she's not... what if she could care less whether he lived or died. He then looks to Fahari.. "Shutup! You dont know anything!" He pratically yells. "You told them to come here... thats when my uncle wanted me back. Your the reason I'm here. I was fine where I was. You need to pay for what you've done!" Just then out of a pit a rage he slashes an open claws paw at Fah's neck. When done he realizes Bug's nearly presence. Its now or never.. but if the king is here there are surely lioness awell.
Not only Mwenyezian lionesses hear the cheetah's call, but the Rogue also hears it. While the lionesses come running to where the cheetah is, the rogue, Harimu comes walking slowly behind his lioness, staring at the cub. The dark rogue's pacing hypnotizing, almost moving like the wind, not making any sound with his steps, just his voice carried with the wind, "We are not telling thee what to do... We do not care to ask permission, we do as we please, so better mind thy words spotted one." If they are grumpy, Harimu is grumpy, "Now now... We think we can all talk things out, correct?" The rogue glances at Shausha, raising a brow. Yes, Harimu wouldn't be doing this, but this is a fight they can't win, so better bluff, erh I mean behave. The rogue stands next to the lioness, glaring at the cheetah as three lionesses circle the rogue and the lioness. The King's scent is close, this could be trouble if that traitor decides to turn his back on them this night, no surprise though. But the cub isn't helping, things will get nasty if something wrong happens here, and looking at the cub react that way? Well, that's not good. But uhm, lets wait a little longer, see what happens and prepare an exit.
Shausha doesn't even need to answer Fahari for Runako seems to do it for her a large smirk appearing on her maw when he attacks the cheetah; finally. However, Fah's last statement of not wanting to stand for /rogues/ coming in and telling them what to do, now that is a reason for response. But yet again her chance is at a false for words when Harimu comes up behind her with a few words of his own. She hates when he does that. Looking to him just as she spots Bug and his pathetic group of narrowing lioness, she rolls her eyes. "When have we ever worked things out with words. Last I knew it was blood that stained our names, not words." She shrugs off the fact that not everything can be ended in violence, but when you've witnessed first hand what the savage mind of a ruthless King can do to the innocent you want nothing more than to seek revenge. A growl crawls out of Shausha has she is circled. "To weak to fight your own battles king, that you have your lionesses do it for you." she snarks at Bug. "Your a worse king than the last. Least he had the heart to take care of things himself." looks him over. "Injuried or not."
Fahari is about to respond to sha when she feels a searing pain through her neck....and sees, blood....luckily it didn't catch the jugular or she might be dead, but she has been sliced pretty good on the side of the neck. She lets out a cry of pain, unable to fight back, since she's still pinned. How cruel of them, these rogues to not even let the helpless defend themselves!? The cheetah....growls....and hisses...as she can't even stop the bleeding....because she can't move her paws....she bites at the growing juve with her teeth trying to defend herself, but terrified at the same time knowing Shausha and Harimu are only steps away. "I'm not going to let you kill me...or any of my pride....especially not my king or queen." She snarls, defiant even in her helpless state.
Bug growled at the rouge lioness. "That he did, and look where he is now." He moves a bit closer, trying to still come across strong. "Now cub, why exactly are you attacking the cheetah? did she offend you in some way? Or are you simply acting on the orders of the rouge?" Bug takes another step, concentrating on staying upright. "And you, rouges, what do you do in these lands?"
