True. Let's see how those go before we move onto this, shall we?
Speaking of which, Bug may be sending another messenger, if his first one doesn't return soon.

Mufasa is supposed to be one of the greatest Kings... Ok, Mwenyezi attack in the future, for some reason they win and stay in the Pridelands... Mwenyezi is happy and stuff... Mufasa and Taka, when adolescent or young adults, take over the Pridelands again... Mwenyezi hates the Blood Brothers, and vice versa... Eventually they both will fight each other, that will let the Pridelands, allied with Palanda, take over the Pridelands again.
If this happens, Zira (who will be Queen of the Pridelands for a time) will now have THE BEST excuse to *HATE* the Pridelanders... Mufasa, who is the one leading the attack to recover *HIS* lands, becomes a hero and King. Palanda is Pridelands' best buddies... Mwenyezi will no longer be Mwenyezi when they are kicked out of the Pridelands... They will now be The Outlands... And Bug will probably be dead or exiled... Why did Mwenyezi lose the Pridelands? Because a male was in charge... So, now Zira has yet *another* excuse to be how she's in the movie...
That's my general idea... And it can take what... Months to even start. But I like it. Also, Kiruuke can get involved, to hold down Palanda or something since they already seem to hate each other. Dunno.

HOLD THE PHONE.
The biggest problem I have with this is.. well, the projected plot. Given, yes, it is a what if. But why not just let things play out? Making plots and deciding how the timeline is going to progress over a long period of time are two entirely different things. If you project, you automatically assume that people are going to play their characters a certain way. Why have a war if you know who is going to win? Where is the fun in that? There is no suspense!
That, and you can have good RP without conflict. And without babies.

Good point. Completely planning this would be bad. However, so far we have heard from the wizstaff and like two players, not counting me or Ice, so I'd like to hear more of the player's thoughts before we make a final desicion. SO! EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS YET TO POST ON THIS THREAD! This is a hot topic here and we need your voices! I encourage you all to post here or else your thoughts will not be heard. Like this idea? Don't like it? Want to propose a change? YOU NEED TO POST TO BE HEARD!

Can't we please just wait and not make any decisions at all? The Pridelands have this huge TP set up, and it's going to be a real shame if it gets postponed/shot completely because Mwenyezi wants to rush rush rush ahead with the plot. You gotta get consent from the Pridelands players for one thing. For another, there's so much going on in Mwenyezi that needs to be stabilized before we even start guessing at what could happen. Kyltora hasn't logged in for a week. What if something happens to Bughudhi or the Blood Brothers? What if the entire pride turns on them? There are plenty of characters who, ICly, are going to be VERY unhappy with what's happening/about to happen. Kutamani will be mourned. There will be backlash. If Abidemi gets word to the Pridelands about what Bughudi is planning, there's no way Zira or Sarabi will be sent over. And while I'd be okay with that as Sarabi's player, I'm not sure if Ahadi's player, or Mufasa's player, or Taka's player or Rafiki's player or Uru's player would be too happy about that.
Please pause to consider how your actions might affect what other groups have been planning for some time now. I'm not saying you guys can't brainstorm... but yeah. Please slow down. Way, way, way too much has happened in such a short period of time already.
I realize that people want their characters to be heroic/super badass at every opportunity, but there's a time and place for it--and if it's epic all the time... it ceases to carry any weight.

Thank you Bahati, you are absoultly right. I guess I got a bit carried away. I'm sorry. I have a habit of obsessing over something when I get in idea into my head.

Not a problem, man. I get the same way, and the other wizards end up beating me with their beating sticks. XD

I agree with Bahti and others. Let's not rush and lets have things occur as they happen, right now we need to work on having a good RP group with in each of the lands. (We seem to have dozens of characters in the lands- but occassionally very small clusters -and typically the same clusters over and over again. Let's mix and match!
Personally, I say we just let stuff happens if we follow the movie stuff... ok... if we don't more power to us. We don't need to follow the movings because we seem to have characters with different motives than those of the movies... (I'm sure Taka and Mufasa are not as their movie counterparts will be once all is said and done).
Frankly it looks like Mwen is much large pride then in TLKII which seems to made up of lionesses and like 3 cubs, (which beggs the question of TLK I:where were these lionesses who seemed to hate the Pridelands so?) We should just let things develop as they will no planning (except for TPs) and lets not rush it... rushing is BAD.
